Lucky bay campground

The Western Australian National Parks are incredible so far. The other states should take a look. Campground is $10 per adult & $2.20 per child. They have flushing toilets, cold showers, rubbish bins & a camp kitchen. The facilities are old but are about to have a facelift. All that & right on the beach.
Freezing water didn't stop the kids having a swim. I paddled my feet until they went numb.
We set off for some adventuring & headed to Frenchmans Peak. We all made it right to the top. It was steep &,at times, a little slippery. Fears were overcome & we all made it. You kids are AWESOME!
Charlotte was absolutely incredible.
Those cars on the distance include the troopy. This gives you a peek at how high we climbed.
Sunset over Lucky Bay.
This morning Michael & I headed out, in the Lightning & thunder, to start the coastal walk. The whole walk is 9hours long. Not enough time but we did about 1hr40mins with headlamps. It was spectacular. We didn't get the sunrise we'd hoped for but it was still amazing.
Thistle Cove...

Home in time to cook dippy eggs!
This national park is probably one of the prettiest that I've visited. This is Hellfire Bay.
Poppy & his girls!

Cape Le grande beach!
One last sunset at Lucky Bay! Tenae couldn't join us. She's having trouble walking after our hike yesterday up Frenchmans Peak.
Farewell Cape Le Grande National Park. We'll be back one day.
