Darwin

We are here! In one piece. The van park is lovely, but very compact. I drove to our camp spot but dad had to reverse the van in between a tree and the slab!
It looked a little close for me to attempt it.
After a quick set up we thought we'd drive into Darwin for a look around.
This is one of the tunnels building during WWII to hold fuel. The war ended before the tunnels were completed or needed for their intended purpose.

We tried to find a shopping centre to do a few groceries. We ended up at Casuarina. It's a huge shopping centre but it was late. I might head back on Friday for a good look.
Back to the van park for a swim, after getting lost on our way home :-(
