The Devil's Marbles

After missing them when we were in the Northern Territory in January, we decided to change our plans and include them this time. Well, I've got to say it was so worth the effort!
Paper aeroplanes again!
Tennant Creek Is not our new home but was a lot bigger than I expected. There is a mine out of town which would boost the population I'm sure. We stopped for fuel, water & work calls. We only have another 100kms to our campsite for tonight. We were parked getting diesel & who should drive past...the Richardsons! They may join us tonight.
Our camp for tonight...at the base of the Devil's Marbles. $7.70 per night. Plenty of toilets but nothing else. Bargain price for a national park.
It's never a bad time for an iceblock, and a tutu. Charley & Jed are too cute.
Sunset walk around the Devil's Marbles. It's just so stunning. The Aboriginal people believed that if you spent too much time here that the evil spirits would curse you & you would be unable to leave....hence the name the Devils Marbles.
Our clan of 7. They do get a little excited when we meet.
Classic photo :-)))
The sun sets on another glorious day.
